Fretting On Friday

Damn, I’ve got a lot to do today. I still need to figure out if I can pull off 24 Hour Comics Day tomorrow. Being artistically challenged and not having any idea what I can do to fill up 24 page I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed about attempting it. Believe it or not, that’s what got me out of bed this morning — unable to sleep. (And, trust me, I’ve got plenty of other things that I can be worrying about — a lot of which I’m not even going to get into.)

I need to get some work done on the script for the project I’m co-writing with Neil Kleid. I’m already working on the script for issue two of Pirat Tales and want to make sure that project stays the course, so to speak. There’s the “zombie” side project that needs some attention. And, with my doubts regarding 24 Hour Comics Day, I’m thinking that my participation in National Novel Writing Month — which kicks off in less than two weeks — is looking grim.

I missed a screening of 30 Days of Night last night (I’m going to blame the girlfriend getting me sick on this one), so I want to try to get to the theater today and catch it — I feel safer watching vampire movies during daylight hours.

And, I’ve got a few “entertaining” posts in various stages of completion that I want to put up, but… Ugh.
